Paradigm Health is thrilled to welcome Dr. Lindsey M. Ladd, DO, specializing in Vascular Neurology, to our exceptional team of physicians. Dr. Ladd joins Paradigm Health with an outstanding academic pedigree and a deeply rooted commitment to patient care, clinical excellence, and advancing the field of neurology. A proud graduate of William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Ladd earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2020, following a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology (Magna Cum Laude) from Belhaven University in 2014.

He recently completed a rigorous residency in Neurology and advanced fellowship training in Vascular Neurology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center; sharpening his focus on stroke management, cerebrovascular disorders, and neurologic recovery. Throughout his training, Dr. Ladd has distinguished himself through national conference presentations, peer-reviewed publications, and a collaborative spirit that uplifts both patients and fellow physicians.

Among his recognitions, Dr. Ladd was honored with the Arnold P. Gold Foundation’s Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award, a national accolade that celebrates not only clinical knowledge, but also the heart and humanity behind it. His research spans a broad spectrum of neurologic topics, including secondary stroke prevention, rare autoimmune syndromes, and post-stroke care innovation, cementing his reputation as both a scholar and a steward of meaningful change in patient outcomes.

Outside the clinical setting, Dr. Ladd is just as passionate about his role as a husband and father. He and his wife, Wendi, are proud parents to their sons, Parker and Bennett. Whether he’s grilling, golfing, tent camping, or diving into a nonfiction read on personal finance, Dr. Ladd brings the same thoughtfulness and enthusiasm to life that he does to medicine. He also remains a steadfast member of the Who Dat Nation as a longtime New Orleans Saints fan.
