| Dr. Lindsey M. Ladd, DO – Vascular NeurologyParadigm Health is excited to welcome Dr. Lindsey M. Ladd, DO, a fellowship-trained Vascular Neurologist, to our Neurology team. Dr. Ladd specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of stroke, cerebrovascular disorders, and neurologic recovery. A proud graduate of William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Ladd completed his Neurology residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS, where he is also completing his fellowship in Vascular Neurology.
Throughout his training, Dr. Ladd has earned national recognition for both his clinical expertise and compassionate patient care—including the prestigious Arnold P. Gold Foundation's Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award, which honors physicians who blend clinical skill with genuine patient connection.
His research contributions include work in secondary stroke prevention, autoimmune neurologic syndromes, and post-stroke care innovation, with multiple presentations at national neurology conferences and peer-reviewed publications.
When not in clinic, Dr. Ladd enjoys spending time with his wife, Wendi, and their two sons, Parker and Bennett. Whether he's grilling, golfing, camping, or cheering on the New Orleans Saints, Dr. Ladd brings the same energy and dedication to life that he brings to his patients. Both physicians will begin seeing patients in mid-July, and you can start making appointments with them now.

| Dr. Brandon Kent, MD – Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)Paradigm Health is pleased to welcome Dr. Brandon Kent, a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), also known as Physiatry. Dr. Kent focuses on non-operative musculoskeletal care, regenerative therapies, and comprehensive rehabilitation—helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic pain, and improve mobility without surgery. He is highly trained in the diagnosis and management of spine and joint disorders, sports injuries, and conditions that affect physical function. His personalized care plans often include image-guided procedures, ultrasound-based diagnostics, and conservative, evidence-based treatments tailored to each patient's unique goals—whether returning to sport, work, or daily activities.
Dr. Kent completed his undergraduate degree at Baylor University (Summa Cum Laude), followed by his medical degree and PM&R residency at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. In addition to outpatient care at Paradigm Health, he serves as an inpatient rehabilitation physician at AMG Rehabilitation Hospital in Covington, guiding patients through recovery after serious illness or injury.
