OrthoNow is an orthopedic urgent care pathway designed to provide same-day access to physician-led care for acute musculoskeletal injuries, delivered within an orthopedic practice setting.

What Makes OrthoNow Different: MD-Led Care
Every OrthoNow visit is evaluated by a physician (MD). This structure offers a higher level of clinical oversight than many traditional urgent care settings.

A Faster Alternative to the Emergency Room 
Many orthopedic injuries do not require emergency trauma care. OrthoNow offers a more efficient option for appropriate injuries, helping patients avoid long ER wait times while still receiving timely, physician-led evaluation.

Care That Stays Connected
OrthoNow is not a one-and-done visit. If follow-up or specialty orthopedic care is needed, it is scheduled before you leave. This keeps care coordinated and avoids delays or fragmented treatment.

Conditions Treated at OrthoNow
OrthoNow is designed for acute orthopedic injuries, including:
- Acute fractures
- Sprains and strains
- Sports injuries
- Sudden joint pain or swelling
- Work-related orthopedic injuries
These conditions often require prompt evaluation and imaging, but do not require emergency trauma services.

When the Emergency Department Is the Right Choice
OrthoNow is not intended for emergencies or complex trauma. Patients should seek Emergency Department care for:
- Multiple traumatic injuries
- Open fractures
- Signs of nerve or blood vessel compromise
- Non-orthopedic complaints
- Chronic pain management
- Routine post-operative follow-ups
If a patient presents with a condition outside OrthoNow’s scope, our team will guide them to the appropriate level of care.
