These numbers give you an efficient connection to Paradigm Health doctors. Physician Connect is staffed with specially trained staff who can connect you with the appropriate expert — saving you time, and helping to avoid multiple transfers.

The staff is experienced in coordinating urgent and elective appointments in any of our clinics. To start the admitting process, have the patient’s name, gender, date of birth, social security number, mother’s maiden name, home address, and diagnosis ready when you call Physician Connect. We’ll complete the process for you.

Physician Connect staff will help you coordinate any necessary testing for your patients. X-RAY, EMG, EP, EEG, NCS and a full range of MRI studies are all currently available.
