Originally trained in dentistry at LSU, he transitioned to spinal surgery, completed medical school and an orthopedic residency, and led a Level IV Spine Trauma Program. Formerly the Spine Center Director at Tulane and Chief of Staff, he now sees patients in our Slidell and Lacombe offices, delivering advanced, patient-focused spine care.

Dr. Jeffrey Pinto blends precision, innovation, and compassionate care to help patients regain mobility and live pain-free. A nationally recognized expert in minimally invasive spine surgery, he integrates the latest advancements with a patient-centered approach, ensuring each treatment plan is tailored for optimal results. Specializing in degenerative spine conditions and spinal trauma, he prioritizes precision, effectiveness, and long-term success. He completed his medical training at the University of Michigan and Tulane, followed by a prestigious Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery Fellowship in Los Angeles. Dr. Zachary Dodd is redefining spine care with precision, innovation, and a patient-first approach. As a board-certified neurosurgeon, Dr. Dodd specializes in spinal trauma, degenerative conditions, and minimally invasive techniques, including robotic-assisted surgery for enhanced precision and custom implant selection tailored to each patient’s needs. Trained at Indiana University/ Goodman-Campbell Brain and Spine, he has contributed to advancing neurosurgical education through the Tulane/Ochsner Residency Program. Known for his meticulous approach and dedication to patient outcomes, Dr. Dodd combines cutting-edge technology with compassionate, individualized care.
