Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all aspects of operational finance, including forecasting and financial planning.
• Develop and implement financial analytics tools to provide real-time insights and drive strategic decision-making.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Drive cost optimization and operational efficiencies through data analysis and performance metrics.
• Develop dynamic financial models to support strategic initiatives, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with operational teams to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, GAAP, and internal policies.
• Perform all usual & customary accounting functions.
• Implement advanced financial systems and tools to enhance analytics capabilities.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial leadership with a focus on operational finance and analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with ERP and financial software; advanced Excel skills required.
