Nicole Naccari, MSN, FNP-C is a highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of dedication to the healthcare industry. She currently serves as the Director of Growth and Development at Paradigm Health, where she plays a pivotal role in expanding patient-focused services and enhancing the organization's integrative care offerings.

In her leadership role, Nicole is spearheading the development and implementation of Thrive Wellness, Paradigm Health System’s innovative whole-body vitality program. This initiative reflects her passion for preventive health and holistic care, combining medical expertise with a forward-thinking approach to wellness.

Nicole started her career at Children's Hospital but has been a valued member of the Sterling Surgical team for over seven years. Throughout her tenure, she has been recognized for her leadership, clinical insight, and commitment to innovation.
